A little more attention to detail...

Overall, a very nice winter coat, feels thin, but keeps the body and legs toasty warm. I'd say its a medium on the smaller side and a good baselayer is all that's needed. I am a seamstress and was surprised/disappointed that the leg strap's brass snap on the coat lining is not reinforced. It won't take much stress at where it's attached to the lining. I'm looking for ways to reinforce it myself without taking the lining off. The leg strap itself is ok for length, but I have the Alaska too and sewed in another 2.5 inches for the elastic. It is my favourite coat right now, would love one in Khaki or Taupe.

Loving the coat so far. One of my snaps on the jacket broke the first time I used the snap closure, which i plan to fix on another day.

Positive things about the jacket: It is warm and looks classy.

Negative: The coat looks more black than Navy which is not a big deal because I also like black. The leg straps are WAY too short. They snap off as soon as you walk. They should be much longer and the snap should be at the front of the leg, not behind the leg, to make it easier to use.
The quality is not exactly as I expected. Several loose threads in the coats pattern.

Le manteau parfait pour monter par temps froid

Très bien fait!

C'est mon 3e manteau Leveza (avec le Alaska et le Tofino).
Ils sont tous très bien faits et adaptés au mode de vie équestre. Le Katmai tombe bien et est très confortable. Je l'adore!

Super manteau d’hiver pour les montes plus sportive. Assez chaud et pas trop chaud
